1. Who we are

WySync is a brand operated by Pound Pixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. References to "WySync," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Pound Pixel LLC. General contact: [email protected]. Privacy-specific contact: [email protected].

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit wysync.com or interact with our marketing materials. It does not cover information we collect from active customers under a signed Subscription Agreement — that is governed separately by the contract you sign when you become a customer.

3. What we collect

We collect information in three ways:

1. Discovery call requests. When you fill out the booking form on wysync.com, we collect the name, email address, company URL (optional), e-commerce platform, annual GMV range, brand count, pain point, and timing window you submit. We also automatically log the URL of the page from which you submitted and a UTC timestamp.
2. Direct correspondence. If you email us at [email protected] or any other WySync address, we receive whatever you choose to send us.
3. Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP addresses and user-agent strings for security and operational purposes. We do not run analytics or tracking pixels on wysync.com at this time.

4. How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Reply to your discovery call request and propose specific times
• Tailor our conversation to your platform, GMV, and stated pain point
• Add you to our customer records if you become a customer
• Send transactional follow-ups related to your inquiry (we do not send unsolicited marketing newsletters)
• Defend legal claims and comply with legal obligations

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with sub-processors who perform services on our behalf:

• SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) — sends booking notification and confirmation emails. SendGrid receives your name, email, and the form fields necessary to compose the email body.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts our website and processes form submissions. Cloudflare may receive and log standard request metadata.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. How long we keep it

We retain booking form submissions and email correspondence for as long as necessary to maintain a customer relationship or comply with legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no legal basis to retain it, we will do so within thirty (30) days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to certain processing
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

8. International transfers

Our hosting and email infrastructure (Cloudflare, SendGrid) operates globally. By submitting information to wysync.com, you consent to processing in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

9. Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and we do not knowingly collect information from children under sixteen (16). If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via the website or, for active customers, via email to the address on file.
