These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wysync.com and any related marketing content (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Pound Pixel LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("WySync," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms govern the Site only. If you become a paying customer, your use of WySync's data subscription services is governed by a separately executed Subscription Agreement, not by these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, code, design, and the WySync brand — is owned by Pound Pixel LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law (e.g., fair use).
The "WySync" name and logo are trademarks of Pound Pixel LLC.
By submitting information through the booking form or any other form on the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site contains marketing content describing WySync's products, pricing, capabilities, and customer outcomes. This content is provided for informational purposes only and is not a binding offer to contract. Specific terms applicable to a customer engagement are set forth in the executed Subscription Agreement.
We aim to keep marketing content current and accurate, but specifications, pricing, and feature availability are subject to change without notice. If you spot something inaccurate, email [email protected].
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and freedom from defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Pound Pixel LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pound Pixel LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
